The Role
As a Seasonal Lifting Technician, you will execute scheduled concrete lifting projects using polyurethane foam injection systems.
- You do not need prior concrete lifting experience — we train for the skill.
- You must have construction or trades experience and understand jobsite safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
- You’ll be trusted to represent the company well, communicate clearly, and complete work to a high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute scheduled work to quality standards
- Perform polyurethane concrete lifting and slab stabilization
- Operate company 5-ton trucks and jobsite equipment
- Maintain safe, clean, organized jobsites
- Communicate clearly with customers on site
- Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
- Report job completion details accurately

This is a leadership-level, office-based role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and ownership.
You will be the operational nerve center during the season — ensuring schedules run smoothly, customers feel supported, and the team stays aligned.
Winters are fully off.
The Role
As Operations & Customer Experience Lead, you are responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, predictably, and professionally.
- Own and manage scheduling and calendar capacity to keep production balanced and organized
- Ensure all inbound leads receive timely first-touch response and proper qualification
- Oversee lead flow and assignment to the Estimator
- Manage the customer communication journey from booking through completion
- Handle schedule changes and resolve first-level customer concerns with confidence
- Maintain CRM integrity and operational data accuracy
- Coordinate communication between Sales and Technicians to eliminate confusion
- Own and ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives that support operational growth
- Track and report weekly operational performance metrics
This role participates in weekly leadership meetings, where you will report on operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute constructively to team discussions.

The Role
As our Seasonal Sales Representative, you will conduct residential estimates throughout the Edmonton and surrounding area and be accountable for executing disciplined sales behaviors that drive consistent results.
You will:
- Respond to and properly qualify inbound leads in a timely manner
- Conduct professional on-site assessments and accurate measurements
- Scope and price work clearly, confidently, and within margin targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM documentation at all times
